Darkheed: “I started cosplaying when I was about 10 years old with my dad for Ren fairs. I began to cosplay professionally at conventions starting at the first Awesome con in 2013 with a closet cosplay of the Doctor. After that I started to work on higher end build out of eva foam and 3d prints. I took a break from cosplay when my mom got sick to take care of her for about 6 years. Around 2019 I started to ramp back up and learn more and build up some awesome sponsors and even join this small group called The 501st. That’s how the story began.
Currently I’m known as the power ranger cosplayer which I guess is what you can call my signature cosplays. In my current Roster I have Mighty Morphin Power Ranger White “We Need Tigerzord power now!”, Zeo Ranger Gold “It’s Time For a Gold Rush”, mighty Morphin Power Ranger Green “Let’s face it – we all have our dark sides.”, and the evil Lord Drakkon”After all, you are nothing more… than my lesser self.”. I love the reactions of fans of the characters I’m portraying, and the kids make it all worth it when they run up to me cheering the name of the character I’m cosplaying.”
