Conjutsu is a 12-hour anime, gaming, and pop-culture convention. We encourage our Food Truck Vendors to stay open as long as you can. We would highly recommend that your open during lunch and dinner hours, because we will have hungry attendees during that time.
Conjutsu will provide the following:
- Space for your food truck or a 10×10 tent (please note there will not be enough space to setup both per Food Truck Vendor).
- Up to (4) Four Conjutsu Food Vendor Badges
- Trash Bins
- Trash Pick Up
- Online advertisement
Please note: We do not provide electricity. You will be responsible for furnishing generators to power your vehicle for the duration of the convention
Contract
The fee for our 2025 event is $500 per food truck.
To vend at Conjutsu you must agree to the rules and terms in writing in the contract that will be sent via email.
Hours For Setup/Breakdown
Friday: 9:00pm-2:00am (setup)
Saturday: 7:00am to 9:00am (setup)
Sunday: 7:00am to 9:00am (setup) and 10:00pm to 2:00am (breakdown for all vendors).
Refunds
There is no refunds on Food Truck Vendor spaces purchased, but they are transferable up to the following year. After that the transfer will be considered void.
