Sierra (Sierra) was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan. She released her first analogue record “Boogie Oogie Oogie” in 2005 produced by Volta Masters, who is a leading Hip Hop track producer in Japan.
While being actively engaged in own solo live activities, Sierra participated in numerous recordings and collaborations with DJs, and by 2011 she released CD albums “Heavenly U” and “Timeless”.
Her albums present her engaging and alternative singing voice which is reminiscent of ’70s though ’90s pop and r&b soul singers, while her performances present a wide range of genres from disco to musical numbers. Sierra made the leap to US recording by lending her powerful voice to FullRock’s debut single “Ronin Sunset” and as expected, brings authenticity, passionate energy and the feel of encouragement to the beat driven bushido themed track.
In November Sierra dropped “Treasures” her latest international EP which features her new single “Never Stop” and is available on all platforms.
